Jamie Racine, LCSW

Founder & Executive Director

Welcome to The Integrated Life, or as our staff so lovingly refer to it as "TIL."  The creation of this agency is a lifelong dream for me--one in which limiting beliefs about myself and my ability prevented me from moving forward with for far too long.  But, when COVID hit and I had to start doing work in different ways an entirely new world opened up to me.  I know for so many that period of time was fraught with tragedy, and for that I am incredibly sorry.  However for me, it was a huge period of growth and reflection and I found the courage to put some big dreams into place.  Now, we have TIL.  A place for healing, a place for growth, and a place for you to find who you are and realize your biggest dreams.  Thank you for checking us out.  I'm are glad you're here!

Be Well!

Larissa Emery, MHRT-C

Program Development

Larissa Emery is the Case Management Team Lead and Program Development Coordinator at The Integrated Life. With a diverse background in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges and co-occurring disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she brings a deep understanding of trauma-informed care to her work.

Her own experiences with trauma and grief have shaped her passion for Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and the lifelong impact of trauma. She is dedicated to ongoing education and advocacy, striving to bring ACEs research to the forefront of mental health care.

In her leadership role, Larissa is committed to empowering both clients and case managers. She ensures that individuals receive the support, resources, and guidance they need while advocating for their voices and choices. She believes clients should take the lead in their own care, with case managers providing direction and moral support along the way.

Larissa also has extensive experience working with parents navigating the Children’s Behavioral Health Services (CBHS) system. She understands the pain and challenges families face when home is not a safe option for their child. She firmly believes that people are not inadequate—the system often is—and she works tirelessly to help families navigate it with compassion and advocacy.
